Detailed Design of New Store
PCE were initially appointed to design the internal double storey height ‘technical risers’ that enclose the primary podium building services. This was undertaken using Revit (BIM) after which our scope was expanded the Revit detailing to the remainder of the store and then provide design solutions for a number of architectural updates.
