Abercrombie & Fitch reinstatement, Pedder Building, Hong Kong
A&F occupied three floors plus basement of this heritage structure for their flagship store which had to be fully reinstated when the store was closed. PCE were responsible for the sensitive restoration of the structure including removal of a large 4 storey staircase and re-introduction of a 1950’s mezzanine floor plus other upgrades associated with barrier-free access legislation.
