PCE were initially appointed to undertake a peer review of the design of a two-level concrete structure for this luxury villa set on a steeply sloping site and subsequently became responsible for the full redesign to provide a totally open framed structure and large infinity pool suitable to resist the large seismic forces generated in the region. The villa is regularly lauded as one of the most luxurious residences on the island.
